FP Question - Urgent Please reply today

I have an FP scheduled on Tueday but due to exteme weather conditions my hands have become extremely dry and some of the fingers have little cuts in them. This happens to me sometimes during the winter.

Do you guys think my FP would be rejected ...

Please reply if someone has faced the similar situation or someone is aware of this kind of situation ...
