I missed my second FP appointment few days ago as I did not get my FP notice at all. I had my first FP 2 years ago soon after I filed for 485. I have written a letter requesting USCIS to send me another FP notice. I have also attached copy of expired FP notice which I got from my lawyer.
1. Generally how long does it take to get a re-scheduled appointment? FP notice was issued from ASC in CA. I have requested them for an appointment from VA as I have moved.
2. Will there be any problem as I missed previous appointment ?
