FP question for ciba or any experts

Hi ciba,

I am not on your list but I am a regular here.
I just got my fp notice and the scheduled time is 02/21 at ASC in Oakland.
Can I go there to get fp done before that time? cause I don\'t want to waste
another half month after such a long endless waiting.

BTW, my ND of I485 is 10/25/2000.

Hi Martin,

   Yes, you can. However, whether they will allow you in is
another question. If they reject your entry, go at an off-peak
hour and try again. Those work at ASC are contractors and usually
not very "strict". They may not even notice that you come earlier
than the scheduled date.

   Would you like to be in the tracking list? If so, please
post your EB category, priority date, and country of origin.

Hi Martin
I know for sure that San Jose office does not bother if you go prior
to the actual appointment date. I had mine done twice before the
actual date.

I had my fp done this morning. It was not crowded in oakland and they let me do the fp even they see the scheduled time on my fp notice. Anyway it was very smooth.

Does anyone know what are the off-peak hours for INS San Francisco (250 Broadway, San Francisco, CA) ASC?

Also, if anyone has recent FP experience at this center, can you please share it with us.

I just got my FP notice today for March 27 at the San Jose INS at Story road. Is it possible to go sooner than that time to get them done? Does anyone have any exsperience at this facility?
