FP Querry

I had applied for I485 in August 2001(EB3), recieved EAD in December 2001, but have not recieved any FP notice yet. Is there someone in the same boat as me?
-How long does it take to get FP notice after filing for 485?
-Do u have to do FP twice?
-How long after FP will u recieve the greencard?
