FP Qns - Help

I have got the FP notice and the apo is on 21st Oct in San Jose office.
1. Can I go to the local office for my FP before this date ?
2. I don't have the original i-485 receipt, my lawyer is not sending me the original, I have only the photo copy, can I take that for FP or I must need the original?

Please help.

Don’t worry about 485 receipt. Just FP notice (or copy of FP notice) and a photo ID is sufficient.
