FP Processing Question

Hi Guys,

Is TSC processing FP cases JUN - AUG ND cases ? I 've seen only one case (Bajis) who has got FP with NOV ND case.
Is IIO helping to request the FPs if we fall in that range ?

I called a number of times during the past month or so but never got a chance to get my FP requested by IIO.

Wish we knew the answer.

My N.D is 2 days behind Bajis ( 11/19/2001 ) and i still have not got my FP notice. I think the answer to your question is God only knows. My wife tried for several hours on two separate days to contact INS without any luck. THE ONLY SILVER LINING I SEE IS THAT OVER THE LAST SEVERAL MONTHS PROCESSING DATES HAVE ADVANCED A MONTH AT A TIME AND NOW STAND AT 11/1/2000. WORSE COME TO WORSE WE WILL SEE SOME LIGHT IN THE NEXT YEAR!!!!!!

Thanks for sharing. But after seeing the number of postings that I 'm thinking that TSC sending FP notices as per ND (atleast this time) and as I mentioned that I did not see any FP notices for Nov ND cases (with Baji 's exception). Hope we will cross our fingers and see.

I think the IIO at TSC are helping all people who filed between May - Dec 2001 to get their FP.

and some discussions at the 485 section of

for people who have been succesful to at least get an oral indication from the IIO that an FP will be issued..
