FP Postponed - how to get it done

hi,

My I485-ND is Dec 2002.

I got my FP notification on Dec 04, 2003 for Dec 19th. I was in India then. Our lawyer asked my husband to postpone it. He did it. Since then i have not received another FP request. The status online still says my FP is being sent for 19th.

What should i do. Please advise.

Try go immediately with old notice. Usually you can go before 90 days from FP scheduled date. I did my FP after two and half months from original FP date.

This should not be an issue. Go to the FP Center and give some good reason. Mostly they will take the FPs. All the best
