FP Pending Review

Hi my husband and myself gave the Finger Prints January'23rd. When we checked the online status today, the staus is as follows.....

On February 10, 2004, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review

What exactly the message means. When I checked the status 1 week back the message says..."On January 26th we sent a notice for Finger Prints etc....." But we gave our Finger Prints on January 23rd itself as per the scheduled date.


I request you to post your thoughts on the FP Pending Review.

Hello Jaxen and Bajis, please post your input. FP Pending review message is something I need to worry about???

it means that ur Finger printing has been recieved and they will review it nothing to worry its simple and plain english
 
mine was EXACTLY EXACT..

i got my FP done on June 2nd 2003. I saw the message change to something like this..

WE sent you a FP notice on June 12th 2003.

I called FBI to verify that my results went ok.

Later it changed to the results of ur FP are completed and are pending review...

Two weeks ago..it changed to

This case has been approved..

So bottomline..messages dont matter. ....:) as long as u call FBI and make sure they went thru ok..
