FP Pending Review over years!!!

Anyone experienced FP pending reviw over years?

I got my I485 approval last July (I'm primary application) and my wife's FP pending review since later December 2001, she had it done last Auguest again and no updates on case status. FBI said FP was completed and sent to INS last August.

Called INS hundreds of times and never get connected.
 
I also have my FP notice hanging for a long time. I do not have any contact info for FBI. Could you send me the contact info for FBI? Phone no. or email address?
