FP pending review for more than one year

I took my finger print last july (July 21) and the status is still pending review and now it already expired :mad: . Just called FBI today and they told me they processed it long time ago. Anyone has similar situation? Should we call INS to check it out?

On July 21, 2004, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.
