FP on Nov/2002 and not approved...

Guys:

Anybody who has done FP around Nov/01, more than 15 months have passed and not yet approved.
There is no way to ask for Reissue of FP through 800 number.
I am applying for new EAD and hope that will activate my files.

My 2 cents

I think EAD is independent of 485 processing.

I would suggest to call the national 800 # and get the fax # of TSC and send an "Expedite request".

Also send a letter to TSC address. Pl write on the envelope "Expedite request for I-485" boldly.

Many guys with your RD have been approved. I sincerely hope that you also get the approval soon.

But EAD, I am afraid, will not ignite your case ( this is what I think........dont know... I may be wrong ).
Nothing wrong in doing both... right?

Mine is 10/02, still not approved. My wife's is 03/02 and not approved. My wife called INS 1800 number and they told her that she will receive a letter within 30 days. It never happened. Don't know how to ask for FP reissuance.
