They are processing cases from Feb. 2000

My wife recieved her FP notice at the lawyers office about four weeks back. While they did not receive my notice. Has anyone know if same family members receive FP notices at differnt times ?

In our case the LIN # (Nebraska Service Center) are EAC# for Vermont service center. These numbers are not to far appart. the difference between the two is only 5. I checked with our lawyer who informed us that they also did not receive the complementary copy for me either. and surprisingly, they received the original for my wife instead of the complementary copy.
Our priority date is June 2 1999
I485 application mailed out on Dec 23 1999
Reciept notice date Jan 14, 2000
Received EADs on March 22, 2000

I am not sure whether I should go there on my wife\'s appointment date to check out if my name is also on the list for the day ?

I spoke to IIO in Vermont to find out if they had sent out a FP notice for me. My wife received her\'s 6 weeks back. As it turned the IIO recalled the files from Newark office and found the copy of my original FP notice (unmailed). She mailed it out to me immediately and finally I received it on the day of the notice. The appointment was at 8:00 am in Newark on 23rd March 2001. Even though I was late for the appointment they let me do it because it was on the same day.
