FP now requested by computer???

Just talked to a TSC IIO asking about our FP notice, after 75 minutes holding. she said now the FP request is generated by computer and she has no way to help me schedule one. This is really a surprise to me. Anyone heard of similar info before? Could it be just an excuse? She also tried to calm me by saying that she would expect my FP coming in 30-60 days.

By the way, one of my colleague just got his approval, his ND is only 12 days earlier than mine. He got his FP done in May 2001.

I spoke with IIO today. She said my FP has been ordered. When i said " Scheduled", she clarified that FP was just ordered and computer is going to schedule it.
