I heard from some one that as they need to separate the applications on the basis of PD current or not for cases filed during OCT-MAR, there was a delay in FP to those guys. Those who filed after APRIL are getting FP notices because, then the dates were already retrograded. Any comments

This theory seems to be perfect fit to the current senario. Can you tell us from whom you heard this or this is just a rumour arose from intelligent guessing? But still I can see from the message posted that people get FP even if their PD\'s are not current. Any thoughts.

If one\'s PD is not current and FP is done , will the 485 be approved or not?
Its a strange situation that me and my friend filed the GC at the same date, I mean we have the same PD 10/98, eb3, same company, vsc, almost same rd/nd 09/99, 10/99. he got the FP done 2 months ago and I am still waiting for FP??? What is this? How does INS works? Any one?
