Guys,

Today I received an email that the FP notices have been sent out for both myself and my spouse. here are my details:

140:
ND:06/14/2004, RD: 06/14/2004, AD: 08/04/2004
485:
ND: 07/16/2004, RD: 07/16/2004, FP ND: 08/06/2004

I still haven't recvd the notice in the mail.

FP ND: 08/06/2004, and today is 08/09/2004 (monday)......and it should come by normal First class mail within a couple of days.

Santo,

Thank you for the input, I wasn't complaning about not receiving the mailing yet. I was just mentioning that I haven't received them yet and am waiting for them. If you ask me I am surprised to receive anything this early and thank GOD for it.

I noticed you were posting it for information only ...... Good to see things are moving fast these days, and hope the same GOD will have some mercy on us RD/ND Nov. 2001 cases pretty soon! Only 5 more days to make it 1000 days since I-485 was filed !!

FP Notices received

Today I received FP notices from my attorney( :rolleyes: ), I didn't receive anything directly from USCIS. scheduled for Aug 24th @9:00a.m

You got your EAD? Is it concurrent application. Which service center.

I received my fingerprint this week scheduled for next week. My I-140/I-1485 receive dat is 1st week of July. Its applied from NSC. Waiting for EAD.

Lets track together.

AjayKumar,

No I still haven't heard anything about my EAD/AP applications. It is a concurrent application at NSC, I140 was approved 08/04/04, two days after that FP notices were mailed on 08/06/04. Looks like we are in the same boat, as you said lets keep each other informed of any developments.

You got your I-140 so quickly. Best wishes for 485. How they are picking up application for processing.

I have finished my FP but no track or news about I-140, EAD, AP and I-485.

in the same boat as you...

My 140 was filed on April 10th and 485 on June 4th. I got my EAD & AP approved. No news on 140, though LUD had been changed to July 27th.
