This is my case timeline:
USCIS received I-589 packet: November 16th, 2009
FP notice received: December 18th, 2009
I just have one small question. I applied for asylum on my own behalf, with my husband as a derivative. I have gotten FP notice and it says "each family member should bring her/his own FP notice". We have gotten only one - should we have gotten two?
I called the USCIS number on the FP notice, but there is no live person, just prerecorded really long messages that didn't answer my question.
