What does a receipt of FP notice indicate?

1. Your DO requested your file from the Service Center.
2. Your file is still in the Service center.
3. Just a routine process by the Service Center, which may not include any of the above.

Your file is still at the service center. The FP and interview notice are mailed from the service center. After the FP is done and around the time the interview notice is mailed, your file makes its way to the DO.
