FP Notice

Well, congratulations man, my ND is closer to yours, I did my FP on 08/14/03. I still don't understand why my ND is 12/06/99. I sent in my I-485 pakage in October 99. it took almost 2 months to create my file number.
Anyway we are almost there.

Also, don't confuse RD with ND. As you can see above, my RD is Dec 28, 99 and ND is Jan 10, 2000. They send ND on certain dates, but they will go by your RD.
 
that's what mine says
"Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on December 6, 1999. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete"

so my RD is 12/06/99, it took them 2 months to enter my case in the system since i sent my application in the begening of October.
 
That is confusing, my RD was 7/19, but it was never used or mentioned by INS.
even in my approval notice which I received Monday, they wrote RD sep29/99 (which is actually my ND).
