FP notice

Anybody with ND of Aug 2002 ercieved FP Notices from TSC ?
Can anybody tell when can we expect the FP notices for July - Aug 200 filers ?

Just for info..

I don't know how the USCIS do these FP scheduling, since mine was in the "lost" group in 2001.

A colleague of mine file I-140 and I-485 in Sep 2003, and his FP was scheduled in Nov 2003.

This, as everything else at TSC, does not make sense.

I-485 filed on Aug. 2002, FP was done June 2003, Still waiting for I-485.

My ND is Aug.20, 2002, no FP yet. Lot of my friends who filed inJuly and Aug 2002 only 485 (not concurrent) did not received their FP's. So no need of worry.

Fingerprinting

My ND is Oct 2002. No FP. I think we should be ok as long as the processing date stays behind our ND. At least thats what I was given to understand.

Maybe there will be a wave of "FP Sent" similar to the wave of approvals.

My ND date is March 02 and got my FP notice recently. I have friends who have the same March 02 ND but no FP.
The online msg. says nothing about the FP notice.

I must have just made the cutoff last year as our Feb 1/02 ND/RD was Fp'ed in early April/03.
