I am planning to visit india for 2 months. That's why I am little worried because I-485 is pending. I have reveived a receipt notice from NSC for my I-485, EAD and AP (all paper filing)
It only says "Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on October 4, 2005. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete".
My question is:
Do I have to make an appointment by calling NSC or they (NSC) will send me a notice for FP/biometrics??
If I have to do it, then which no to call?
Please help!!
