Just got my FP notice sent from Texas SC instead of VSC where
my I-485 was filed to. Is there any problem with that? Does
anybody have similar experience? Does it mean that my case
has been moved to TSC? Thanks for your attention!
It\'s common if you\'re staying in a state that comes under TSC jurisdiction. It DOES NOT mean that your case is transferred to TSC. It\'s just for the FP purpose. Just make sure that VSC receives your FP results 2-3 weeks after your FP (Check AVM - if not updated speak to an IIO).
I\'d got FP notice from NSC - I\'m from Chicago.
