two IIOs have told me that if you have an attorney representing you, then ONLY he will receive the RFE. They do not want multiple responses to the same RFE (which is more work for them and more confusin also), so they send only one notice which has a barcode on it. That notice has to be mailed back in original along with whatever they are asking for.
