FP notice received.

i have received FP notice for march 20th week at sanjose. Do we need to take appointment to go to that office or is it just walkin.
Do u need to take any precautions so that our finger prints come out well.
I also got a yellow form with my finger print notice, which says a letter from employer should be send which says
that u are still with that company and they would like processing u\'r 485. so we should send this to INS or our lawyer should send.
is it ok if we send it.
we also got a green form which asks for our medical tests data, according to me we have send this info when we were filing
485. so what should we do now.

Any response is greatly appreciated.

Can you post your ND/RD/PD, etc...

I got my notice two weeks ago, but didn\'t include anything about the additional information. I hope that it means they won\'t ask me and delay the process even more.
