FP notice received with 2 forms

Dear Folks

    WE (my wife and myself) received finger printing notice for week of 3/20.

    My details are as follows

    Category - EB2 (RIR)
    485 RD - Dec 18 2000
    485 ND - Dec 22 2000
    My Priority Date (PD) is Dec 5 1999
    Regional Center - NSC (Nebraska)
    Local Center - Denver

    1) When we sent our 485 application we did our medical and sent the sealed envelope. This was in Dec 2000. But I have
    recieved a green form which asks for my medical record. However it says if you have not submitted, submit along with this
    form.
    2) Yellow Form which says to get a letter from my employer

    So my questions are
    A) As anyone have this same situation?
    B) Do we send a copy of our medical records along with the green form ?
    C) Should I talk to a IIO?

    If anyone could reply I would appreciate it

I also received surprise FP notice yesterday. First of all, according to my lawyer, I should receive FP notice from 8 months now.. but I got it. I have also received two forms with the notice.

1. Yellow in color and states Pending Form I-485(EB)- please interfile
2. white form stating Pending Form I-485(Refugee)- please interfile

My application is I-485 EB2 so I don\'t understand why I received two forms.. Anyway, I will be sending email to my lawyer asking about what to do in this case..

Any guesses, how far we are from approval after we get FP done ?
