My spouse received her FP notice today. I have not yet but hope to.. very soon.

I-485 ND 2/19/02.
Two Questions:
1. How does one get the FPs done ahead of schedule?
2. Due to pregnency, my wife did not take all vaccinations. Do you think she may still get an RFE now thay she got FP notice? Any body with similar experience?
