FP received only for me , my wife did not get today.

FP - 09/02/2004 Due Date 09/13/2004

Dependent FP Notice

My spouse received the FP notice for ND 2/18/04 today. The appointment date is 9/14/04. I haven't received my FP notice yet.

485 ND 2/18/2004 AD ???????

We have to drive to another city for the appointment, so would like to go only once. What is the best approach for rescheduling an FP appointment? Experts, your advice would be appreciated!

I got it at our home address for both of us.

I think you will get it within a weeks time. Same thing happened with me and 2 of my other friends. My wife also did not get it on the same day but she received after a week with the appointment on the same date and time. See my signature ...
