FP notice received for all except one appn

Recently we received FP notice for me and my wife by mail but we did not receive FP notice for my child. Does kids need to have FP done? What is the age requirements for FP.

Did any of us apply for 485 for family including kid(s)? If so did you receive FP notice for your kid(s)

I remember reading some message posted in this portal saying that Childrens do not receive FP notice. Sorry i don't remember till what Age. Please check in this portal, it should be somewhere.
