FP notice rec'd

i have received fp notice for aug 31st.

it says my pd is june 27th '03...i thought it was july 8th '03...

my i-140 got approved in april '04...it was concurrently filed with i-485...

is this any indication of good news on the way??? i hope it is...anyway whats the guess of timeline after fp is done?

No matter how many folks on this forum are trying to forma pattern as to how USCIS works, they continue to surprise us all the time!

Just when we thought that FP notices have been STOPPED for cases Mid-June'03 onwards, here is your case that comes as a pleasant surprise with your FP notice!

I too am a concurrent filer with PD=25th Jun'03 and 140 approved in APR'04. But NO FP notice yet!

Can you let me know if you did anything in particular or received your AP/EAD extension recently or anything like that?

OR we continue to be mesmerised by the awesome power of USCIS to spring surprises and continue to randomly process the pending cases? They sure know how to keep everyone on their toes!

i applied for my 2nd ead and 2nd ap 3 weeks back...

once FP is done does that mean that i can dare to think of some good news in 6 months or so...or shld i just dream on...

Could you provide the 5 digits after EAC

Hi,

Could you please provide the 5 digits after EAC in your 485 Receipt number? Mine is also June03 but have not received FP yet. My EAC is EAC03198xxxxx.

You might have good news after they'll resume the case with the FP result. After all they are close to your date with the processing so it won't be a big surprise. For the ppl who receive now the FP1 it might be a trend that after having the FP done to have the approvals soon after that.

does ead and ap has nay effect on FP?

no change even after 2nd AP & EAD APPROVAL- IT IS SAME AS 04/02/03

NO FP not even first (hopefully the last too once received)

Whats your 485 RD ?
Mine is Aug '03 got my 2nd EAD and AP - yet to receive FP notice.
