FP Notice problem

I had called the TSC to enquire about my EAD and Namecheck particulars when she told me that they have already sent a FP notice to me. But they sent it to my old address. I gave them my new address and asked them if they could resend it but she said she had not information on it.
My question is that:
Would they send the copy of the FP notice to my lawyer too?
If so, can I use that?

I guess FP notices usually go to the applicant, not to the attorney. But didn't you inform your change of address to USCIS when you moved? It's one of the important tasks that one should do. I suggest that you call USCIS again to register your new address and then ask them to send the FP notice. Act Fast...You don't want to be caught in the retro muddle again

I did send an AR-11 and my new address to my lawyer as soon as I had moved and he confirmed with me that it was updated. I was caught unaware.
I'm just hoping that he has a copy and I can use that to get my FP done.
Any of you had such address change experiences before?

akil, I changed my address last year and apart from filing AR-11 I called USCIS and got the address changed in their system. I guess USCIS specifically ask us to call them for address changes in addition to filing AR-11.

Right, since the AR-11 doesn't change the address on pending applications. To change the address on those, you need to call NCSC and go through the menu. There is a menu option to change your address, and you will have to tell the person you speak to to change the address on pending applications.

When you change address via filling electronic AR11 you also get an option to update any pending petition you may have. I did both online. You have to do both, either on line or on phone.

Anyways, I updated it this morning when I spoke to the TSC officer.
But what can I do about my FP notice? I plan to call my lawyer tomorrow and ask him if he's got a copy of the notice.
I'm worried if they would issue a NOID on my 485 in case the FP is returned back to them. Please let me know.

Call your lawyer. I am just wondering why did you not yet? I am quite certain he must have got a copy.
