FP Notice pattern

Checking on our circle of friends here, I noticed that only those who applied for EAD are the only ones who already received their FP notices. Does anybody have any idea if the FP notices are somewhat tied to the EAD applications?

could be a coincidence or an error at the INS system. I heard that FP is generated by the computer (not sure about it) and not by an officer. Anything is possible at the INS

Is someone known issue FP and prove AP, EAD and GC by same person.

I got my EAD as practical training after I graduate from my school. I didn\'t go for any finger prints.
