My lawyer is says that they didn\'t receive any fingerprint notice but when they called INS the officet told them that INS had already mailed the fingerprint notice about 4 months ago. Now my lawyer is trying to get another notice from INS.
Does anyone have any idea what to do in such cases. How long does it take to receive another notice.
