FP Notice lost in mail

My attorney’s office got courtesy copies of both of us. But only my wife got her FP notice in mail to our address and I haven’t got my FP notice yet. We have an appointment on Mar 14 in Raleigh NC.

Do they accept courtesy copy in place of the original for me? Can I just tell them that I haven’t received it?

My attorney faxed me a copy of my courtesy copy. Can I take the fax copy or do I need original of the Courtesy copy?

i was in a similar situation. the best thing is to go to the office and ask if they will accept a copy or the original courtesy copy. Mine agreed to accept and then i went back on the appt. date to get my FP. CSC

I am in same situation..I didn\'t get the original..but my lawyer got the coutesy copy. Dont know what to do

My friend gave his FP with the copies from the
lawyer. You need the original copy from the
lawyer not the photo copy/fax.
