FP notice lost in mail?????485 Rd=4/14/05

I just contacted CSC about not having received FP notice for my 485 (RD=04/14/05) and they replied that it was mailed on 4/19/05!!!!

So most likely it was lost in the mail. DO they also send a copy to the attorney?

My FP date may already have passed by now. What are my options now???

I'm not really sure if you lost it in post because follow this thread and there are lots of people with RD data before you and they still did not recieve their FP

Could you please tell me how you contacted CIS in order to verify whether your FP notice was mailed?
I also suspect that my FP notice got lost in the mail.

My I-485, Application to Adjust to Permanent Resident Status, was filed on 04/14/2005 (Receipt Notice Date).

However, I have still not received a fingerprint notice and the last update date for my I-485 is 04/25/2005.

I would really appreciate it if you could let me know when I will receive my fingerprint notice or if the delay is due to a specific reason. Please let me know if you need any additional information regarding my application.
