FP Notice Lost due to address change

My 485 ND is Feb 2004 and I did not get FP notice yet. After repeated calling and writing letter to VSC, I got a letter stating that they sent FP notice to my old address in Nov 2004 and they will resend it to new address.
I relocated in Nov 2004 so probably my FP notice got lost or returned to VSC. I called them several times and got the reply that FP notice not sent yet. When I wrote a letter , they told that they sent it Nov 2004.
What are my options. How I can expedite that they send me another FP notice at my new address.

Your attorney should also get a copy of the FP notices. In my case, USCIS had updated my address but not wife's. I went for the FP with the attorney copies. My wife's FP notice also eventually came after forwarded by USPS.
 
My 485 is applied on my behalf so no attorney is associated. I do get all the correspondence.

Take An Infopass Appointment For The Nearest Immigration Office And Talk To An Officer Face To Face. I Got My Duplicate Fp Notice Like That.
