FP notice for wrong ASC

My lawyers received my FP notice last week which they forwarded to me today. Problem is the lawyers are in San Francisco and the appointment is for San Francisco ASC. I live near Denver and the lawyers told me that I should just walk into the Denver (Aurora) ASC tommorow and see if they'll take my fingerprints. The actual appointment is scheduled for October 23rd.

Does anyone here have anything like this happen to them? If so I'd like to hear about how you handled it. Would also appreciate information about working of the Aurora ASC.

Thanks,
- Aditya

I have a friend who was in a similar situation. He lives in Virginia but his lawyer was in Houston and hence he got one in the Houston ASC. When he called USCIS(or ASC I am not sure which one)and they gave him option to reschedule it to a different center. But , he then decided to go to Houston only since he could visit his brother who also lives there in Houston. So give them a call.

Good luck

Okay, so following my lawyers advice I went to the Aurora ASC a couple of days back and they told me that I should just show up there on my scheduled appointment day. Never mind the fact that I'm actually supposed to go to the SF ASC. So hopefully I should be able to get the FP done next Tuesday without any further problems.

Thanks!

I was given appointment at ASC Berkley whereas ASC in San Jose is 5 minutes drive for me. I went to San Jose ASC few days before the appointment to see if they can take my FP. The told me that ANY ASC in US shall take my FP on the day and time specified on the notice. I revisited San Jose ASC on the day and time printed on the notice and was FPtd without any issues or question.
