My lawyer today received the FP notice for my wife. But it was backdated!!???!!! According to the notice, she was supposed to go for finger printing last month!?! whereas the INS printed the fp notice this month(!!February). Yet another example of their lack of common sense!
Now my question/confusion/worry is what to do now? If we ask them to reschedule, God knows when they will, and if we go to the local finger printing office, I'm sure they will say ,'oh u were supposed to do it a month ago! its too late'. How can she even go for FP if she doesn't even know she was supposed to! and the FP was not even issued till 20 days after the FP date!
