FP notice for my 6 year old son

Hi

Did any of you take kids (under 14) for FP?

I got a FP notice for my son who is just 6 years old.

At the time of submitting the application, I did not pay any fees for FP for him because it is required only for children above 14 years.

Any info on this is highly appreciated

1. its a mistake by uscis to ask FP for a 6 years old, which is not in sync with their rule

2. i would go for the FP, maybe the ASC will clarify the above point and not take FP

3. let them figure it out how they want to charge you

4. you can call customer service and talk to a rep
