FP Notice for minors ???

We got fingerprint appointment notice for our 21/2 year old daughter (code 2). I heard that fingerprint will not be necessary for minors. Its little weird. Anyone got the same ?

Yes.

It seems all the 485 filers need to give FPs. My kids ages 12 and 8 also recieved the notices and gave FP on 07/11 at Alexandria,VA
