FP Notice for "Catchup concurrent"

Hello Gurus,

Please shed some light on it. My understanding is FP notice is generated based on 485 notice date.......Say for Eg: in the catch up concurrent case..

140 was applied on September (Approved or Not approved...doesn't matter)
485 applied on April

Based on Fujie memo, should FP notice generate based on 140 Priority date or 485 priority date???

I believe FP is one of steps of 485 and hence I incline FP notice will be generated based on 485 date.

Just my view.
