FP notice for 6/01 RD

I am living in CA but filed my NIW based I-485 with TSC in June 2001. RD 6/01 and ND 7/01. Checked several tims with TSC but so far no FP notice yet. It is been a year and it is very frustrating since TSC seems to process cases according to FP. Can we seek help from the congress office regarding this? Does TSC have an official time for FP notice?

Have all those who did FP in 3/02 or 4/02 got their approvals?

Also, it seems that it becomes very hard to call TSC lately?

I mentioned this in another post so here it is again.

Calling an IIO won\'t do squat. It is a known fact that for some reason the fingerprint scheduler at TSC was f*&^ed up, and yes, some very lucky people who just applied in late 2001 and early this year already had their FP and approvals.

The IIO will state the old standby, they are working on 3/2000 cases, the fingerprints are computer scheduled and they can\'t do anything about it unless your case is old. And if you ask about why some of the latest filers already have them, they\'ll say they must have been "lucky". All you can do is wait.
