FP notice for 09/14/2004

Hi guys,
My I485/I140 filed date was Aug 20, 2003. I140 is already approved. Received FP notice for 09/14/2004. When should I expect I485 approval or is that a silly question to ask?? :p
 
nothing is silly. Currently the official approvals are for ND of August but people with Dec 02 are getting approvals too. So count your time may be less than a year.

can you pls elaborate on

ND of August

He means NOTICE DATE of August 2002. Yes, it is true that some November - December 2002 cases at VSC have been approved. One of my friends got his GC having filed on Nov 2002 at VSC.

Now, here is the question: How did another one of my friends get his I485 case approved even if his ND is May 2003???? Is he one of the rare cases whose I485 got approved luckily?? :confused:

Need Help!!

I got my FingerPrint Notification on 13,September 2004. The date and appointment I see in that is 02, Septempber 2004.

What should I do now? Could you please help me.

Even I(and my wife too) had received our FP notice after the scheduled date.

We went to INS ASC and they took our Finger prints. I don't think it is a problem.

Show them the postmark on the cover, if they ask for the delay.

Did you re-schedule the date?

My FP notice date was 9/2/04, but the scheduled date was 9/3/04, and I got the mail on 9/13/04.

Called them and mailed back the paper to reschedule..

Maybe I should go there directly.

FP-ed on 9/17/04, although I missed the first FP scehdule date(Mission Impossible 3), and I sent out the reschedule. Thanks info from patcha_card_03, I asked lawer's copy and got FP today by going to the Local ASC directly.
