FP Notice at different INS Office

My Details are :

VSC - PD Oct97,RD Sept 09/09/99, ND Sept 09/23/00
I got my FP notice just yesterday my attorney must have got atleast a week ago.

Recently I moved from CA to Tx. FP notice has sent to Local office of CA.Now I am in Texas now, does any one know is that possible to change to Tx. local office or do I need to go only to CA office.

I would be greateful if somebody answer my question.

I had appied for I485 in Va state and then I moved to NC. I got my FP appointment letter indicating me to go to INS office at Norfolk, Va.
My lawyer said it was ok to go to NC Ofice for Fingeprinting. so I went to INS office in NC. I did not have any problem with FP. Infact FBI cleared my FP next day.
I dont think you need to worry and just go to your nearest INS office for FP.
I think Fp rules are same at all 4 Ins centers.
