Have any one received FP notice for the above date or month from NH State.
Does INS send the FP notice to attorney only or will it be also be sent to me.

FP Notice sent to both you and lawyer

Sorry, I\'m not in NH, but I believe I saw earlier on this board some people complain of long wait for FP.
 
my friend in NH spoke to an IIO couple weeks ago

My friend, RD: 11/15, did not get FP notice about a month ago. Then she spoke to an IIO, couple weeks later, she received the notice. So, it worth calling and checking your case.

The FP notice will be sent to you directly and will have your Alien Number; A# also on it.
