FP Notice - 3rd time

I got FP notice 3rd time. For the last 2 times I and my wife got the notices. But this time I have only got the notice. I am the principal applicant.

Does anyone had similar experience?
Why they didn't send FP notice for my wife?

I am in similar boat.
My wife called USCIS and they said they have not sent the notice and will send in a month or so.

i am also in the same boat. my husband got finger print notice for fp3. i didn't.
