FP Notice…finally!

I received a FP notice today for 09/02. I don’t know how it will work out with my husband, he has an interview on 09/09 and lawyer with whom I have an appointment is on vacation until next week. Will they interview him without me or not will see. Will let you all know what happened.

P.S I have not received anything for children and they already past 14 so they must be fingerprinted

Such a mess with INS...
Call general phone about children, you stiil have few weeks... Sometime calling works as we so in the last days...

Yes i did and then sent all package back to with explanation that children under age 14 should not be fingerprinted Five years past after this day and they are 16 and 17,5 now and I called to NSC and tolled them several times . They said they made correction , but looks like they didn’t.

I called twice, last time July 20 and an officer filed enquiry. So what else can I do? Believe me, I am not sitting and waiting for them. I made an appointment with very good lawyer, hope he will help me.

Well, do not overwork yourself.
God is above you.
You just did everything you could. Relax and wait.
Corrections of INS work slow, but INS will have to send you something or just tell your husby about it during interview...
Could be good always write name of IO you spoke with on general phone and date of it.
