FP Not Recieved Yet , May 2002 Case

Hi All,

My I-485 ND is May 15 2002 but I haven't recieve FP notice yet. I filed my I-485 after I got my I-40 Approval. Is this common and should I be waiting. Now they are processing March 2002 Cases. This is for Texas Service Center.

Please Advice
 
The Official FP date is June 2002, I believe you can fax about FP throug your attorney. and try to get some assistance from your local Cong/Sent person.
Many ppl got when their case were left behind.

One of fourm member is in same boat u are same month RD/ND and not FP Yet

The Rd for my Husband and I is 5/3/02 and no fingerprint yet, we are getting very NERVOUS what could be wrong.
 
Geneba same advise as worte above,

As many ppl shared that got FP after they keep sent faxes for FP request and called 800No, because the Official date is june 2002. you must try too, hope they would help you out in this.

you can see in last 'ADTX' and other ppl shared in many threads that they did send fax+ get assistance from their Local Cong/Senator. and even they were after July RD/ND. .......


Just try it it won't hurt ur cases and hopfully atleast peace in mind that u did all ur effort.

Does any one have the format of FAX that can Send to FP department. I will greatly appriciate if one can forward that to me.

I am in the May 2002 No FP lot, I faxed TSC twice asking for it, no response. I contacted congressmen, got response that TSC is process March 2002, they can't submit inquiry unless my date is passed...... I guess that I am just in the unluck lot, that's all....
