FP not received by FBI

Hi,
I did my fingerprint in Newark NJ on Feb. 8th. Today I called FBI, was told that my FP was not received. Is this normal. Does anybody have similar experience?

even My FP was was done on Feb 1 and FBI has not rec till now

Mine was manual one and computer one. Eebn I called INS they said they also do not have any record.

I do not know is it normal or not

Mine was electronic one

Where did do yours? Did you mean that you did two. One is manual, the other electronic.

Mine was in NJ and it was not computer based but they had both

Mine is computer processed and took 3 weeks to reach VSC

For me, it took 3 weeks to reach VSC and one month for review.

This morning FP rec. by FBI and sent back to INS

fp done on Feb. 6, Called FBI today(2/22) they said they don\'t have record.
Do you know what\'s wrong?

VSSC2772, mine was done in NJ the same day, VSC automated message says FP received Feb13..

...and processing resumed. Didn\'t bother to check with FBI though, as I thought VSC would post the message only if FBI sent them the info.
Call VSC and see what your message says.

Called FBI today. They still not received my FP.

By the way, previously, I did FP twice. They both failed because of poor qualities. As a result, my case was transferred to Newark local office. This is my third FP. The appointment notice was from Newark local office. I am not sure if this can make any difference.
