FP message changed

Hi
I did my FP on 03/24/04. But still it was showing we sent FP notice for appear. So that I called 949-389-3007 yeserday asking my FP status.

Today they updates the following message

"On April 10, 2004, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review"

could Please let me know what this meaning?

If anyone has same message?

FP message finally changed !

We were in the same boat. Done FP on 3/24/2004 and still no updates until today. Just got e-mail for both our cases with the exact same message you posted. Same dates.

LUD is now 7/2/2004.

Mine was changed on 7/1 and my previous message is showing on my spouse status. I think UCSCIS is doing somthing... think posstively, hopefully we will hear good news...........

Some one told in the I-485 issuse thred, INS system has some problems and they r trying to reslove in the nexe week.

The following message is showing on my case.

On June 27, 2004, your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received here for processing. It is taking between 730 and 730 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."

The above message is showing for somany people.......so that they called INS found there was a problem.....

Did u call 949 number about your case inquiry? please let me know.....

After reading your first post, I was thinking about calling the 949 number myself, but decided to wait until after the holiday. So, in my case, the change happened without any inquiry.

I was worried at first when FP results were not updated within a few weeks, but after seeing people here in the same situation I stopped being over paranoid about it.

Let's hope things move now... :)
 
I got the same "On June 27, 2004, your I485 Application ... "stuff updated on my case yesterday( my son's too but my wife'e remain unchanged with LUD 6/24). I got about 4 emails about the same thing also.

I called the 949 number this morning and talked to someone who was still unhappy that the long weekend was short! She told me that I have to wait for another 8 to 10 months for my case to be looked at! Our cases are WAC-03-116. I asked her about the June 27th message and she says that they have had some system issues and that I should ignore the message and emails. :confused:
This LUD thing is driving me crazy.
Note: mine and my son's case are missing on the 1800 number but available with above message on the web
