FP mailed as per AVM

Hi all,

After looking at the site, I checked the INS AVM, it mentioed that the FP notice was mailed to me on October 3rd. Hopefully I will receive it in next two/three days....

how does one check AVM for FP notices?

I only received WAC# for my EAD, AP and 485 receipts...

call CSC number and put your I 485 receipt number.

As per AVM..FP notice sent Oct 4, 2001

I called the AVM number & checked the status by entering my I-485 WAC number. This is strange, have still not received EAD and I am getting a notice for finger printing.

What is the exact message? Is that 900 odd days takes for your application to process is still there?

All I hear was that an FP notice was mailed on October 4, 2001..blah..blah. There was no mention of 900 days

1) what precautions should be taken to get good quality of finger prints.
2) What do we need to carry when we go for FP i.e Id and do we have to pay anything.
3) is there any use doing FP early
