I tried to analyse what was the time interval between FP and Approval in NSC. It seems to be between 1 and 3 months.
In California it seems to be even shorter 1 week - 2 months
Vermont does follow California timing.
Not sure about Texas.
However back to NSC. Does anyone has info from Immigration Officers/Lawyers on what gona be the future time between FP and Approval. Of course I am confused about very fast FP notices, I\'ve got mine in less than a month since ND (ND 02/08, FP Notice 03/07, Chicago suburbs). Are we close or NSC gona clear all the 2000 (March,...) backlog?
I\'ve seen info on this site about 12 new IOfficers for 485. Does anybody have additional info on what is going on there? Maybe they hired very persistent IO who worked hard couple of first weeks and her assignment was to send FP Notices? and then,.. wait a minute, you not gona work that hard...?
